Overall Impression:

Integration: How well does the room integrate the theme, props, and overall story?
Variety of Puzzles: Are there just codes, just locks, just puzzles? Have you seen them all before? Is there anything new?
Physical Condition of Props and Puzzles: We understand that these things get a lot of heavy use, but when a lock is so worn out that it won’t open anymore, it is time for management to find a replacement.
Staff Involvement: Were the staff helpful? Did they provide a good introduction? Were they attentive if you needed a hint? Would they explain the room afterward?
Fun Factor: Was it fun? Was it new? Did it have well thought out or unique props and puzzles? Did you leave the room with a smile on your face?
Hints: Were the hints helpful, without giving too much away? Were they useful?
Escape Room Business: Was the business professional? Were they open, clean, in a good location, and easy to get ahold of?
Difficulty Level: This is hard to quantify, even in star form. This is our subjective impression of difficulty after all is said and done.

Is there anything else you recommend adding to the review/rating system?
